发明名称 FLAME EXCITING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a large-sized flame at a superhigh temperature and produce a spherical pulverulent body of a high-melting point substance on an industrial basis by irradiating high-frequency waves to a flame formed by an inflammable gas and oxygen to excite the flame. CONSTITUTION:Under high-temperature atmosphere formed when an inflammable gas burns, a part of a gas undergoes an electrolytic dissociation and is ionized. As a result, a flame formed by the inflammable gas within a furnace core pipe 7 exhibits a weak conductivity. When high-frequency waves are irradiated onto such flame, they are absorbed easily into the flame. That is, electrons and ions within the flame amplifies vibrations in an alternating field having an extremely high frequency and are converted into thermal energies. Further, ionization of inflammable gas and oxygen abruptly advances by high-frequency energies to render the flame formed by the reaction of the inflammable gas and oxygen into a superhigh temperature. It is, therefore, possible to obtain a large size flame of a superhigh temperature and to produce a spherical pulverulent body of a high-melting-substance on an industrial basis.
