POSITION DETECTING DEVICE FOR CONTROL LEVER OF FUEL INJECTION PUMP

PURPOSE:To simplify the adjustment of a full load position detecting switch by assembling said detecting switch within a full load position stopper. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor 1 is connected through a link 2 to a control lever 3 fixed to the control shaft 3b of a fuel injection pump. A full load position detecting switch 8a is assembled within a full load position stopper 5. A contact 11 is pressed in just before the working surface 3a of said lever 3 abuts the tip surface 5b of said stopper 5 to cause said switch 8a to function. Thus the positional adjustment of said detecting switch 8a can be also automatically completed when only the positional adjustment of said stopper 5 has been carried out, and becomes therefore easy.
