PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition useful as a molding compound which is effective in the improvement in the impact strength of a composition comprising polyolefin and styrene resin, by blending an alkenyl aromatic compound- conjugated diene copolymer and unsaturated copolymer resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) 10-90wt% of a copolymer, pref. linear block copolymer from (i) 20-75wt% of an alkenyl aromatic compound, pref. styrene and (ii) 25-80wt% of a conjugated diene, pref. 1,3-butadiene and (B) 10-90wt% of an unsaturated copolymer resin from (i) at least one kind of 2-12C alpha-olefin and (ii) at least one kind of 1,4 diene of formula (R<1> is 1-8C alkyl; R2 and R3 are each H or 1-8C alkyl, but not H simultaneously), pref. 4-methyl-1,4-hexadiene, and, furthermore, pref. (C) crosslinking agent, etc., followed by homogeneous kneading at 100-250 deg.C.
