PURPOSE:To form a master disk to which an information signal is transferred with high accuracy, with high efficiency and at low cost, by providing a light hardening type resin and a substrate on a resist master disk in which the information signal is recorded, and peeling off a resin material from the master disk after hardening by a photoirradiation. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed light hardening resin material 5 which does not invade a resist film 3 is applied onto a resist master disk 1 which has recorded an information signal to a photoresist film, and an said material, a substrate 7 is provided through an adherence agent 6. The light hardening type resin material placed between this substrate 7 and the resist master disk 1 is irradiated by light and hardened, and thereafter, peeled off from the master disk 1, by which a UV hardening type resin made master disk 9 is formed. In such a way, since an electroforming processing is not executed, the manufacturing time can be shortened remarkably, and the master disk to which recording information is transferred with high accuracy can be formed with high efficiency and at low cost.
