PURPOSE:To improve the label appearance, fastness of printing, and productivity by laminating and sticking e different thermal contraction type resin film on the print layer of a thermal contraction type resin film via a ultraviolet ray hardening type adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive film 8 is formed with a predetermined print layer 3 by ultraviolet ray hardening ink on its surface and subsequently coated with a ultraviolet ray hardening adhesive uniformly then fed to pinch rolls 11. A different thermal contraction type resin film 5 is also fed to these pinch rolls 11. Next, when the ultraviolet ray hardening adhesive is hardened by ultraviolet rays fed from a ultraviolet ray radiating section through a film 5, an adhesive layer 6 is obtained, and finally a laminated adhesive film B laminated with a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2, a thermal contraction type resin film 1, the print layer 6, a ultraviolet ray hardening adhesive layer 6, and the different thermal contraction type resin film 5 in turn on a sheet for separating 7 is obtained. This film B is punched by a punching machine, and a outer label A for dry cell with a predetermined size is formed on the sheet for separating 7. |
