<p>PURPOSE:To realize instantaneous display of an original picture even in case the screens are changed in the multi-window display, by reading a part of a 1st picture information together with a 2nd picture information is stored and producing the memory address of the read picture information by a 2nd address generating means to store the picture information read out of the 1st picture information into a memory means. CONSTITUTION:When the 2nd picture information B is put into at least a part of the 1st picture information A stored in a memory 37, a 1st address generating means 32 produces an address corresponding to the inserting part of the information B to the information A with a control means. Thus a part or the information A is read by said address and at the same time the information B is stored. Then a 2nd address generating means 33 produces a memory address of the read picture information. The information B read out of the information A is stored in the means 37. In such a way, the picture information can be switched and displayed at a high speed.</p> |
