PURPOSE:To prevent the production of flashes on a surface and to obtain an insert resin molded product being excellent in a dimensions tolerance, by a method wherein an insert matter, provided with a flash-protecting collar, is secured at the inside of a mold, and a molten resin is poured therein for molding. CONSTITUTION:A collar 2, whose diameter is equivalent to that of a boss 3, is formed at a portion corresponding to the end of the boss 3 for an insert pin 1, and an insert matter is secured at the inside of a mold. A device is constituted such that, where molding is performed in such a manner as pours molten resins into the mold, it prevents flashes from being produced at a portion above the collar 2 of the insert pin 1. This permits embedding of the insert pin in the end of the boss without producing the flashes, and a constricted part 4 formed above the collar 2 prevents the production of the flashes above the constricted part 4 even if a slight flash is produced. |
