PURPOSE:To make a titled device simple, small and light by applying a ball spline mechanism to guide parts of longitudinal and transverse movements of a feed bar provided with a finger and a vertical driving part. CONSTITUTION:The rotating shaft of the second driving device 16 is rotated normally (arrow mark a) and feed bars 5, 5 are made to make clamping motion A. Press works 2, 2- are clamped by fingers 4, 4-. Next, a reciprocating rod 24 of the first driving device 15 is advanced (arrow mark b) and bars 5, 5 are made to make lifting motion B. Then, reciprocating links 38, 38 are advanced (arrow mark c) and bars 5, 5 are made to perform carrier motion C. Works 2, 2 are shifted by the pitch P of dies 3, 3- and positioned above the adjoining die 3. Next, the rod 24 is moved backward, and bars 5, 5 are made to perform down motion D, and works 2, 2- are placed on dies 3, 3-. Then, bars 5, 5 are made to perform unclamp motion E and return motion F by backward movement of links 38, 38 to complete one cycle. |
