PURPOSE:To stably control idle engine speed at a simplified construction by controlling a step motor to keep idle engine speed constant by means of connecting the step motor to throttle valves. CONSTITUTION:Mounting an injector valve 4 to an intake pipe, a step motor 14 is connected to a throttle valve 7 on the upstream side of the injector valve. The step motor 14 is connected to the throttle valve not to interfere with throttling operations. Thus, a control circuit 13 controls the step motor 14 to keep idle engine speed constant by receiving input signals from an engine speed sensor 16.
