PURPOSE:To reduce the overhead of an information processor by connecting an address terminal to a communication processor by using a carried directory number, and removing the directory number from a main installation command and generating the remaining part as the 2nd installation command. CONSTITUTION:An information processor 10 receives a request for installing the address terminal from one previously selected application program having the indicated directory number, and generates the main installation command which carries the directory number containing an added terminal identifier. Then this main installation command is transmitted from the information processor 10 to the communication processor 11 and stored. The directory number carried by the stored main installation command is used to connect the address terminal to the communication processor 11 through a pay telephone network 13. Then, the directory number is removed from the main installation command to generate the remaining part of the main installation command and this remaining part is generated as the 2nd installation command. This 2nd installation command is sent from the communication processor 1 to the address terminal.
