PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having excellent balance of mechanical strength, particularly impact strength at high temperatures and solvent resistance as well as moldability, by containing a specific copolymer and specific compound in a specific proportion in a composition containing a polyolefin resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. total of (i) 25-58wt% polyolefin resin, preferably crystalline propylene based polymers, (ii) 25-65wt% polyphenylene ether resin, e.g. poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene) ether, etc., and (iii) 2-30wt% polymer having both an alkenyl aromatic compound polymer chain and an aliphatic hydrocarbon chain in the same molecule with (B) 2-40pts.wt. alkenyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene copolymer and (C) 0.01-10pts.wt. compound having both an unsaturated group and a polar group in the same molecule.
