PURPOSE:To stabilize an injection flow from a nozzle and surely control the operation of a turning device, by forming a pocket, which connects a nozzle piece inlet passage and a straightening port in a low speed detector, and forming the straightening port into a convergent and tapered shape. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle piece 15 is provided to a casing 9, while a stepped part is formed in a part of an outer peripheral part of the nozzle piece 15. A nozzle inlet passage 18 and a nozzle connecting passage 19 are formed between the stepped part 16 and the casing 9, while a pocket 20 is formed in the vicinity of an inlet connected to the inside of the nozzle piece 15. In addition, a nozzle 15a and a tapered, straightening port 15b, which converges toward this nozzle 15a, are installed at the inside of the nozzle piece 15. With this contrivance, the flow of bearing oil 6 coming from the nozzle inlet passage 18 is jetted as a stable jet flow, owing to the straightening port 15b.
