PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a soldered part by mixing and stirring solder powder with ferromagnetic body powder uniformly and concreting these powders without raising the temperature. CONSTITUTION:Ni powder is added to Pb-Sn powder and flux contg. rosin is mixed in these powders which are stirred. The ferromagnetic solder in a wire shape is produced by extruding a mixed body formed in this way by using an extruding machine. Then, in order to improve the extruding work at this time, lead stearate having a bonding effect and an antifriction effect is added to the powder. |
