PURPOSE:To obtain the titled conjugated yarn readily, by carrying out spinning by the use of a mixture of one of two kinds of thermoplastic synthetic resins having different glass transition points and an antistatic agent as a core material and the other thermoplastic synthetic resin as a sheath material. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyolefin resin, etc., having a lower glass transition temperature, etc., and an antistatic agent such as alkyldiethanolamide, alkyldiethanolamine, etc., is used as a core material and a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as nylon resin, etc., having a higher glass transition temperature than the above-mentioned synthetic resin is used as a sheath material. Both the materials are spun and drawn to give the aimed yarn which has a core part consisting of the core material and a sheath part consisting of the sheath part, wherein the antistatic agent is distributed at high density at the interface between the core part and the sheath part.
