PURPOSE:To enable cutting of the inner peripheral end of a titled coil in the state of coil by attracting the inner peripheral end of the coil with a magnet to strip off from the coil, and at the same time, cutting the end part. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 20 that magnetically attracts the inner peripheral end part 1b is attached to an arm 14 that can be inserted into the inner diameter of the coil 1, and the inner peripheral end part 1b is stripped off from the coil 1. The stripped inner peripheral end part 1b is held by a holding claw 22. A self-propelled truck 11 that can move in the direction of width of the coil 1 is provided on the arm 14, and a cutting torch 19 that cuts the inner peripheral end 1b of the coil 1 is attached to the self-propelled truck 11. By this device, the inner peripheral end 1b of the coil 1 can be cut off simply in the state of coil, and automatic cutting becomes possible by various sensors and a controlling device. |
