PURPOSE:To suppress the pulsation of a rotor bar at the rotating time by forming the bar in a wavy shape, forming a linear slot on one end of the bar in the state that a spring action is provided in a slot, thereby uniformly providing a holding force in the slot. CONSTITUTION:A rotor bar 9 is formed in a wavy shape, and inserted into a slot 2. A gap 10 between the bar 9 and the slot 2 varies according to the position of the lengthwide direction of the bar 9. When thus constructed, the bar 9 generates spring action at the positons of the slots 2 and is secured under pressure. In this case, the gap 10 varies in the lengthwise direction of the bar 9, but uniform state is always maintained in the gap 10 between the inner wall of the slot 2 and the bar 9. Then, when linear slots 7 are arranged by a chisel 8, one end of the bar 9 uniformly contacts the inner wall of the slot 2, and stable holding and securing force is obtained from the inner wall of the slot 2 to the pulsating force due to the centrifugal force and external force acting on the bar 9. |
