PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of vibration and noise, by a method wherein a slope having an angle at which the slope is separated during acceleration of a vehicle, is formed on either a bush, mounted to the end part of a leaf spring to which an axle is mounted, or a stopper situated inside a body leaf hanger. CONSTITUTION:The shape of each of both ends of a bush 9 supporting the front end of a leaf spring 6 in a roll-in state, i.e. the shape of a surface crossing the mounting shaft of the bush is formed in a slope 9a where the rear is contracted. Meanwhile, the shape of the inner surface of a stopper 10 mounted to the inside of a body leaf hanger 2 in a manner to be positioned facing the slope 9a is formed in a slope 10a which is spread toward the tip. In this constitution, since during, for example, starting or acceleration of a vehicle, the bush 9 is advanced toward the stopper 10 togetherwith the leaf spring 6 to exert a forward force F on the bush, a gap (d) is produced between the slopes 9a and 10a. This constitution enables prevention of propagation of vibration from the wheel side to the car body side. |
