PURPOSE:To obtain a paint resin compsn. having excellent bending processability, by blending a specified polyether polyol resin with an amino resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending a polyether polyol resin (A) obtd. by reacting a substd. or unsubstituted glycidyl ether of an alkylene oxide adduct of a dihydric phenol with a dihydrid phenol to obtain a high- molecular epoxy resin and then reacting the resin with a compd. having a group reactive with an epoxy group with an amino resin (B). The amino resin is used in an amount of 2-30pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. polyether polyol resin. The resin compsn. can be cured under baking conditions of an oven temp. of 150-300 deg.C for several min to several tens of sec. When the baking it to be conducted in a short time, it can be cured at 200-300 deg.C for 20-60sec.
