<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the corrosion of a junction part, and to improve the reliability and the durability by providing a mechanism for cooling the temperature of the junction part and its vicinity to a lower temperature lower than that of a corrosive solution. CONSTITUTION:The junction part 3 is joined by a diffused junction, a thermocouple is provided on this position, leakage of water is prevented by utilizing a welding groove 6 and the inside of a pipe of parts 1, 2 is filled wit water, and it is controlled so as to become warm water. A cooling pipe 4 made of copper contacts with a stainless steel pipe 1 and a Zr pipe 2 by silver brazing, and cooling water is allowed to flow. After water is flowed, the temperature of the junction part 3 becomes lower than that of warm water in the pipe so that the effect of cool can be obtained sufficiently. In such a way, the junction part of joint piping parts of different kinds of materials can be cooled, therefore, in a pipe for treating a solution to which corrosiveness is strong, the corrosion of the joint part is reduced.</p> |
