PURPOSE:To prevent a head constituting member from falling out, by a simple method and at a low cost, by providing not only an opening part for fitting in the constituting member and an opening part for exposing a magnetic core, but also a through-hole into which a fixing material flows at the time of filling, so that the fixing material part which has flowed into the through-hole forms a projection for reinforcing the fixing strength of the constituting member. CONSTITUTION:On the back of a holder 1, an opening part 1a for fitting a head constituting member into a space is formed, and on a magnetic tape slide- contact surface of the front, an opening part 1b for exposing the tip face of a magnetic core 2 is formed, and in addition to them, a circular through-hole 1c is formed on one side face being adjacent to the magnetic tape slide-contact surface of the holder 1. In this state, at the time of filling of a fixing material 6, a part of the fixing material 6 flows into the through-hole 1c, and when it is hardened afterwards, a projection 7 is formed in a shape bitten into the through-hole 1c, and the fixing strength of the head constituting member is reinforced and increased by a mechanical strength of the projection 7. In such a way, falling-out of the head constituting member can be prevented, and the durability and the reliability of the head can be improved. |
