PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of cop boxes, conveying carriages, etc., by housing a fine spinning bobbin in each chamber and continuously carrying out specific heat treatment during conveying of the fine spinning bobbin from a spinning process to a winding process. CONSTITUTION:Steam setting is carried out with a continuous steam setting device (ST) in transferring each fine spinning bobbin 1 from the side of a spinning machine (S) to the side of a winding machine (W) with a chain conveyor 2. Chambers 4 are provided at the same interval as that of bobbin stands 3 in the upper part of the chain conveyor 2 and a steam chamber is formed in a state of pushing the chamber 4 against the bobbin stands 3. A vacuum breaking valve 5, vacuum valve 6 and steam valve 7 are provided in each chamber 4 and supply of vacuum and steam is carried out with a rotating fluid supply device 8 while synchronously rotating pipes with the chamber 4. |
