PURPOSE:To make proper the quantity of anti-offset spray of print ink and to save the manpower of regulating work, by operating an averaging signal for every predetermined rows based on an opening information signal for every open/close key, then controlling the quantity of air spray from an air spray apparatus based on the average processing signal. CONSTITUTION:Opening setting command signals (xmn) for respective open/close keys k1-k2 in a (mxm) matrix are provided from an opening setting section 1 of an open/close key (k) on an operating board A to an open/close key drive section 3 of an ink feeder so as to open/close respective keys by predetermined amount. The setting command signal (xmn) is inputted from the setting section 1 to an averaging process operating section 2, and a spay quantity control signal Xp being produced through averaging for every predetermined rows of signals is employed for operating a regulation valve control motor 6 of a spray apparatus so as to control the quantity of spray. The spray control signal Xp is inputted to a comparator 22 and compared with a referential signal, and if the former is higher, an air solenoid 5 is operated while if the former is lower, said solenoid 5 is stopped so as to carry out ON, OFF control of air spray operation at the side of an anti-offset spray.
