<p>PURPOSE:To completely deodorize malodorous gas with a simple operation by supplying the air contg. malodorous gas generated from a sewage treating vessel to a malodorous gas adsorption means, and then supplying the air to a gas-turbine generator as the combustion air. CONSTITUTION:A suction duct 14 is connected to the gas-turbine generator 17. The air in a treating chamber 2, namely the air contg. the malodorous gas generated from the sewage treating vessels 4-9, is supplied to the gas- turbine generator 17 as the fuel combustion air. The adsorption means 48 is provided in the vicinity of a fan 12 on the downstream side of the suction duct 14. The adsorption means 48 is packed with activated carbon powder, reactive metal powder, etc., in its frame member. The air contg. the malodorous gas in the treating chamber 2 is introduced into the adsorption means, and the malodorous component is adsorbed. As a result, the air freed of the malodorous gaseous component is supplied to the gas-turbine generator 17.</p> |
