RADIANT HEAT TYPE DRYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make the heating temp. range of a resin-impregnated sheet wider and to make adjustment of heating temp. easier, by mixing a cool air with a hot air supplied to a radiant heat panel and adjusting thereby the temp. of the hot air. CONSTITUTION:The hot air passing through a radiant heat panel 3 is joined with the hot air directly sent from a deodorizing burning machine 16 and it is then exhausted through a heat exchanger 23. On the other hand, an open air at room temp. drawn by means of a draft fan 25 is heated in the heat exchanger 23. This open air is supplied into a drying room 2 by means of a path 26 and heats a resin-impregnated sheet 1. A part of the open air is supplied into a drying room 2 by means of a path 26 and heats a resin-impregnated sheet 1. A part of the open air at room temp. drawn is supplied through a path 27 into a path 18 and the cool air is mixed with a hot air to adjust the temp. of the hot air supplied on the radiant heat panel 3. Moreover, another part of the open air at room temp. drawn is supplied through a path 28 into a path 26 and the cool air is mixed with the heated open air to adjust the temp. of the heated open air supplied into the drying room 2.
