PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism of the driving part of an injection molder and consequently perform various actions smoothly by a method wherein the rotational motion of a spline shaft is transmitted through a screw driving shaft to a screw. CONSTITUTION:When the charging of synthetic resin is intended, an AC servo motor 6 is driven so as to rotate a spline shaft 2 through a driving side gear 5 and a gear 4. The rotation of the spline shaft 2 is transmitted by a spline nut 7 to a screw driving shaft 9 so as to rotate a screw 10 in order to turn the synthetic resin, which is supplied from a hopper to a heating cylinder 18, into a molten state and store the resultant molten resin in the top part of the screw 10. Next, the injection of molding material by advancing the screw 10 is intended, an AC servo motor 13 is driven so as to rotate a hollow ball screw 1 through a driving side gear 12 and a gear 11 in order to advance a ball nut 3, which is screwed onto the hollow ball screw 1. Together with the ball nut 3, housings 14a and 14b are also advanced, resulting in advancing the screw driving shaft 9 and the screw 10 through a thrust bearing 15. |
