PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for providing a particular lubricating oil supplying means, by mounting a handle post to a transmission case through a gear box and controlling a power steering control valve to be switched by oil in the transmission case so that the return oil is allowed to flow returning through the gear box. CONSTITUTION:A handle post 4 is vertically provided on the upper surface of a transmission case 1 through a gear box 3 which internally mounts a steering reduction gear mechanism 2. A handle 6 is mounted by pivotally supporting an operating shaft 5 to said post 4. A V-groove 10A is formed on the peripheral surface of a working member 10 connected to a bottom end of the operating shaft 5, and a steering device controls a control valve 23 to be switched by the motion of a driving arm 22 by engaging its inner arm 22A with the V-groove 10A. The control valve 23 is provided for controlling oil in the transmission case 1 to be supplied to and discharged from a power steering hydraulic cylinder 27, and the return oil from the hydraulic cylinder 27 is introduced into the post 4 through a drain circuit 29, being recirculated into the transmission case 1 via the reduction gear mechanism 2.
