PURPOSE:To simply form a circular arcuate corner part at low cost without using the separate part of a corner chip, piece, etc., by bending the excising part consisting of a 1st excising part in triangular shape conforming to bending angle and a 2nd excising part coming into contact with the bending direction of a 1st plate-like part with their providing on a 2nd plate-like part. CONSTITUTION:The excising part 3 consisting of the excising part 31 in triangular shape conforming to a bending angle and 2nd excising part 32 coming into contact with the bending direction of the 1st plate-like part 1 is released to end edge in the bending direction of the 2nd plate-like part and the end edge of the 2nd cutting excising part 32 is taken as a circular arcuate side 33. When the 1st plate-like part 1 at the outside of the 2nd excising part 32 is bent abutting the inner end of the circular arc side 33, both side edges of the 1st excising part 31 are closely spaced each other, the 1st plate-like part 1 in the range opposing to the 2nd excising part 32 is simultaneously bent along the circular arc side 33 and the 1st plate-like part 1 is bent co-axially with the circular arc side 33. A shape S is thus bent so that the outer periphery is attained to a circular arc shape.
