PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive and firm fitting device by extending a door sash section in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body across the seal section of a door stop, planting the anchor axis of shoulder belt on this extended section, and hooking a lever pivotally supported by the vehicle body on the anchor axis when a door is closed. CONSTITUTION:An outer panel 3 and an inner panel 4 of a vehicle body 2 are connected by a laminated flange section 5, and a weather strip 6 of a door stop is coupled with this laminated flange section 5. On the other hand, a door is provided with a door glass 10 in a door sash 25 via a glass run 9. In this case, an extended section 25a is formed on the door sash in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 2 across the contact section with the weather strip 6, and an anchor axis 300 rotatably supporting the end metal 28 of a shoulder belt 27 is planted on the extended section 25a. A fitting axis 32 is fixed to the vehicle body 2 near the laminated flange section 5, and a lever 33 provided at one end with a hook section 33a which is hooked on an anchor axis 30 when the door is closed is pivotally supported by it.
