PURPOSE:To reduce load and to improve responsibility by searching the optimum routes up to a first working point of each unmanned vehicle in parallel with each other among those traveling routes. CONSTITUTION:The independent unmanned vehicles 2-K are connected to a central station 1 via a radio (wire) communication circuit 3-K. Thus, the present position and the working state, etc., of each vehicle are obtained and the information on each working point is sent to each vehicle. Each vehicle 2-K contains a driving device 5 and a driving control CPU 6 connected with a memory 7. Then, the CPU 6 searches a route reaching a target working point (first working point) from a start working point (its own present position) and calculates the evaluation value to store the best route. This best route is informed to the station 1. At the same time, the station 1 searches the subsequent routes including the one reaching the final working point and also compares those valuations values with each other to send a moving instruction to the best vehicle 2-K.
