PURPOSE:To miniaturize the constitution of a hardware by adjusting and control ling the write address of a temporary storage circuit for time slot replacement to the multi frame phase of an input signal through a multi frame synchronous circuit. CONSTITUTION:Corresponding storage circuits 201-203 are controlled and the phase of input data ai-ci are adjusted in the frame synchronous circuits 101-103. The data to which phases are adjusted are written into the temporary storage circuit for time slot replacement 3 through a series-parallel conversion circuit 10. Phase aligned data in inputted to the multiframe synchronous circuit 6, the slot at every time is established, and the output from the circuit 6 turns out to be an address, whereby the writing into the circuit 3 is so executed as to be aligned to the multi frame phase. Thus, multiframe synchronization needs not to be established at every input signal, and the storage circuit for the multiframe becomes unnecessary, whereby the constitution of the hardware can be miniaturized.
