PURPOSE:To prevent the error of the pushing down of a key by separating a dial outgoing part with plural keys from a telephone circuit part. CONSTITUTION:After an off-hook, a dial caller finds out the key, on which the name of a callee side is written, out of onetouch dial keys 11, and pushes it down. Then, a modulation circuit 12 modulates a infrared ray corresponding to a one-touch dial signal inputted from the said key, and transmits an infrared ray modulated signal 3 to a telephone circuit part 2 through a transmission circuit 13. The signal 3 received by the receiving circuit 21 of this circuit part 2, and is demodulated into a signal, equivalent to the signal 3 at the time of the pushing down of the key, by a demodulation circuit 22. And a control circuit 23 finds out a telephone number to correspond to the demodulated signal out of a storage circuit 24. The signal of this detected telephone number is transmitted to a dial signal transmission circuit 25 and the circuit 25 converts the signal of this number into a dial signal and transmits it to a telephone line 4.
