发明名称 FUEL INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE FOR ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure required injection fuel when an engine is started while to promote the improvement of acceleration characteristic, by placing the second spring in an extended condition, when an engine speed is in the first preset value or less, and in a compressed condition when the engine speed is in the second preset value or more. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is started, a control unit 100, which closes a solenoid valve 55 in a fuel introducing path 56 because of low engine speed introducing no fuel from a feed pump 52 of a fuel injection pump 50 to a working chamber 45, places the next stage spring 35 in an extending condition with a piston member 40 in the uppermost rising position, and a needle valve 20, which rises exceeding a distance L even for a low fuel pressure in a high pressure fuel passage 17, injects a required amount of fuel with no excess and deficiency. Further when the engine is in idle operation, the control unit, which opens the fuel introducing path 56 depressing the piston member 40 by a distance H and throttling the effective injection area of a nozzle 18, promotes the atomization. While in the time of acceleration, the control unit closes the fuel introducing path 56 promoting the improvement of the acceleration characteristic. In this way, the improvement of starting and acceleration characteristics can be promoted.
