PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a bend on an extrusion molding, by a method wherein an insertion hole of a bolt to be provided on a sizing member is provided with play to a fitting bolt, and an elastic member is provided between the sizing member and a fitting part of a cooling tank. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a sizing sleeve 15 and sizing ring 18 are slided in parallel with each other in a lateral and vertical directions, control movement of the sleeve 15 is performed to a fitting part 13 of a cooling tank 12 within a range of play which is possessed by an insertion hole 24 of a fitting bolt 14 to the fitting bolt 14. Then, axial lines of the sleeve 15 and ring 18 can coincide with each other. In the case where the sleeve 15 is faced upward to the ring 18, a thickness of a rubber member 25 of a part of an upper side bolt 14 is made thin by increasing a tightening quantity of the upper side bolt 14, and the thickness of the rubber member 25 of a part of a lower side bolt 14 is made thick by decreasing the tightening quantity of the lower side bolt 14, then an axial line of the sleeve 15 can be corrected in a horizontal direction. With this construction, generation of a bend on an extrusion molding 11 can be eliminated. |
