PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noise and to enable effective utilization of heat energy, by a method wherein a gas turbine generator is installed in the separated chamber of a building, exhaust gas therefrom is fed to a heat exchanger to produce hot water, and the hot water is guided to a pipeline under the floor of a building. CONSTITUTION:A power generating chamber 9 separated from surroundings by means of a concrete wall is built to an underground part 3 of a building 1, e.g. a gymnasium, a cinema, and a gas turbine generator 10 is installed in the power generating chamber 9. This structure prevents propagation of noise, generated during drive of the gas turbine generator 10 to a ground part 2. Exhaust gas from the gas turbine generator 10 is guided to a heat exchanger 18 and is exchanged with water to heat the water, and after the water produces hot water, the exhaust gas is exhausted through a chimney. Meanwhile, after the hot water is stored in a heat accumulating tank 21 once, it is forced to flow through plural pipe lines, not shown, arranged under the floor of the building, and floor heating is effected by means of the hot water.
