<p>A motor vehicle door including a supportive and dimensionally stable skeleton which, together with an inner shell, constitutes a one-piece door body, to which an outer shell is attached as a separate element. The inner shell and the outer shell are fashioned from a synthetic resin and the supportive skeleton connects hinge members with the door lock of the door.
