PURPOSE:To shorten the data transfer time and also to improve the data transfer efficiency by transferring collectively data equivalent to plural words decided previously to store them in a buffer memory part after a bus using right is acquired. CONSTITUTION:A direct memory access controller 1 stores temporarily the data received from a data transmission/reception device 100 into a buffer memory part 201 by a prescribed amount and then gives a request to a bus controller 500 for use of a bus 4. When the using right of the bus 4 is acquired, the data stored in the part 201 are collectively transferred to a memory 3. Then the controller 1 transmits successively a prescribed amount of data extracted collectively out of the memory 3 to the device 100 after storing them temporarily in the part 201 when the using right of the bus 4 is acquired. |
