PURPOSE:To eliminate a useless data collection by decoding address information from each part to be controlled, and collecting a data from the part to be controlled having a sending-out data. CONSTITUTION:When there is a data to be sent out to a control part 1, each part 21-2n to be controlled turns on a signal having a sending-out data to a time slot which has been allocated to its own part of an address notice line 7. The control part 1 always monitors an address notice sent by the address notice line 7 from each part 21-2n to be controlled, by an address detecting circuit 9. The control part 1 detects the address notice from the parts, 21-2n to be controlled by the address detecting circuit 9, analyzes the address notice and outputs a data collecting command to the parts 21-2n to be controlled of the received address information, and collects a data from the parts 21-2n to be controlled.
