PURPOSE:To give no function exchanging information to a control part, to allow an exchange part to accumulate information, to lighten the burden imposed on the control part and to give no influence to the exchange of data by giving the control part to general-purpose procedures shared with a conversion part as well as a function controlling transmitting/receiving data. CONSTITUTION:An information handling part 4 receives data INF regarding information conversion in a given length of time, and reports data reception to the control part 1 through an inner bus 6. The control part 1 checks information regarding information exchange entered on the data INF, and accumlates information in a memory part 2 from the bus 6. The control part 1 acts like that until it receives the termination of reception. Receiving the effect, the part 1 checks whether information conversion is present or not. If information conversion is needed, data ADP for information conversion, which is uniquely determined by the control part 1 and the conversion part 3, is added. The conversion information accumulated in the memory part 2 is outputted to the conversion part 3, and it is converted by the data ADP.
