PURPOSE:To enable the plastic working into a complicated shape to be carried out easily by irradiating the laser beam onto the surface of a developed flat plate in a hollow nozzle blade consisting of a metallic raw material of the thin board type, and then forming the nozzle blade while the irradiated touching part is deformed by heat. CONSTITUTION:When the laser beams 2, 3 irradiate both sides of a raw material flat plate 1 for a nozzle blade as shown in figure (a) while scanning along the broken lines respectively, the material is deformed non-elastically by virtue of a thermal stress as shown in figure (b). The degree of bend and camber depends on the conditions of irradiation of the laser beam, such as the number of times of scanning, the position of scanning and the like, and therefore, if the laser beams 2a, 3a obtained from assuming the radius of curvature in a processing profile irradiate under a specific condition, the material is gradually formed into such a nozzle-blade shape as shown in figure (c). And, finally, by joining such only one place 4 as shown in figure (d) by welding, a required hollow nozzle blade can be formed.
