PURPOSE:To shorten the time needed for logical collation by limiting a part to undergo logical collation only to a changed part and excluding such a part that is already collated logical and has no relation with change out of an object of logical collation. CONSTITUTION:When a function diagram 200 or a circuit diagram 300 is changed, a logical collation part 4' detects a changed part of one side in response to a changed part of the other side based on the stored corresponding relation 600. Thus only the changed part undergoes logical collation and such a part that already undergone logical collation and has no relation with change is excluded out of the object of logical collation.
