PURPOSE:To omit processing for excess information where peaks do not exist and to shorten the time for processing by outputting only the slide data where the peaks exist among two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectral data. CONSTITUTION:The spectral data of the two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) are taken from an NMR spectrometer into a memory 1. The spectral data constituted for each of respective lines are read out in line unit by a reading-out part 2 and is fed to a judgement processing part 3. The processing part 3 investigates the presence or absence of the data in excess of threshold 4 among the spectral data of the line units, investigates the presence or absence of the peaks with the data in excess of the threshold 4 and feeds only the data having the peaks to an output processing part 5. The processing part 5 converts the data fed from the processing part 3 to output coordinates, makes hidden-line processing and outputs the same to a plotter 6.
