<p>A liq. base contg. one or more of paraffinic or naphthenic mineral oil, alkyl benzene, diester, polyol ester, n-butene or isobutene hydrogenated polymer, dimethyl polysiloxane of methyl phenyl polysiloxane, in amt. of two-thirds of the final grease, is stirred for 30 minutes at 5-100 deg.C with a silica thickener, followed by addn. of a structuring agent or stabiliser of ethylene/propylene oxide polymer, ethoxylated fatty acid amide and/or condensn. polymer of ethylene/propylene oxide/THF The liq. base is finally added to give the desired penetration of hardness.</p> |
