PURPOSE:To set different formats for every tenant without changing a program and to output it correspondingly by setting the format for the report for the tenant desired to output in a parameter system while recognizing on a CRT display. CONSTITUTION:A function for displaying and recognizing the constantly set report format on the CRT display of a POS system and a function for inputting the contents of a 'heading' of an element for deciding the report format, the sequence of a 'detail (detail name, detail value)', the tabulation method of a 'total value' in the parameter form, according to the guidance of the display and a function for outputting the report for the tenant according to the format to the setting contents at the time of resetting are provided. Thereby, since different programs have to be prepared for every shop, the number of developing system and a cost can be resolved. |
