摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure a transfer factor on the basis of the reduced number of data, by performing least squares calculation on the basis of difference data subjected to data shift and the input data stored in a memory means and calculating the estimation coefficient of the transfer factor of a system to be measured. CONSTITUTION:This measuring apparatus is equipped with a sampling means B for sampling the input signal inputted to a system A to be measured and the output signal from the system A. The input data and output data obtained by the means B are stored in a memory means C and back-hand difference data is formed on the basis of the data stored in the means C by a difference data forming means D. A wasteful time detection means E detects a wasteful time on the basis of the calculation of the cross-correlation and mutual covariance about the difference data. The difference data is subjected to data shift by the detected wasteful time in a data shift means F and, on the basis of the difference data subjected to data shift and the input data stored in the means C, a coefficient calculation means G performs least squares calculation to calculate the estimation coefficient of the transfer factor of the system to be measured.</p>
