PURPOSE:To eliminate step at a joint, in a ventilator duct for leading air to a ventilator grille near an instrument panel, by molding soft resin material integrally at the opening thereof and fitting a bent duct joint forcibly thereto. CONSTITUTION:Soft resin material 10 such as elastomer series synthetic resin is molded integrally at an inside opening 2a of a ventilator duct 2, and tapered faces 10a, 10b enlarging toward a bent duch inner 3 side are formed on the soft resin material 10. Then a joint end 3a of a bent duct 3 is fitted forcibly from the outside of the tapered face 10b in the direction of an arrow B. With such arrangement, assembling is facilitated, air-tightness is improved and the duct can be jointed without causing a step at the joint. |
