PURPOSE:To obtain an org. photosensitive body which has a uniform surface condition, permits easy control of the resistance value and is easily formable by incorporating an electron conductive carbon, tunnel effect type carbon and resin into an under coating layer. CONSTITUTION:The electron conductive carbon, tunnel effect type carbon and resin are incorporated into the under coating layer of the org. photosensitive body for electrophotography having the under coating layer and photosensitive layer on a base body. The electron conductive carbon and tunnel effect type carbon are incorporated into said layer in a 3-10pts.wt. range per 100pts.wt. resin and the tunnel effect type carbon is incorporated therein in a 1-5pts.wt. range per 10pts.wt. electron conductive carbon. The electron conductive carbon of the claim permits easy control of the resistance value thereof. Since the electron conductive carbon and the tunnel effect type carbon are combined in the above-mentioned manner, the desired resistance value is obtd. even by using a small amt. of the carbons and since the carbons are used in the small amt., the surface condition is uniformly maintained. |
