PURPOSE:To secure security of a vehicle at the high speed driving by providing an air dam skirt at the front lower part of the vehicle which is suspended in the almost parallel state with the ground at the high speed driving and raised upward at the low speed driving. CONSTITUTION:An air dam skirt 1 is suspended from a car body 4 by a spring 3. A restricting member 6 in the shape of a rod which protrudes downward from the car body in front of the spring 3 on the front part pierces a hole 5 provided at the air dam skirt 1 and decides the mutual positions of the car body 4 and the air dam skirt 1. The position of the air dam 1 is restricted by the restricting member 6 in the suspended state, and thereby the air dam can be precisely suspended at the prescribed position near a bumper 8 or the car body outer plate of an apron 9. The air dam 1 is raised upward by the contraction force of the spring 3.
