PURPOSE:To prevent noise of wind, by securing a lower panel extending back and forth to the underface of a slide roof and securing a rubber member being contained in a guide groove of a guide rail vertically thereto. CONSTITUTION:Guide rails 4 are arranged at the opposite sides of an opening of a slide roof, and a lower panel 6 is fixed slidably back and forth onto the guide rail 4 through a lifter 4. A rubber member 15 is provided at the side section of said lower panel 6, and the lower portion of said rubber member 15 is constructed to be contained in a guide groove 4a of the guide rail 4. Consequently, when a vehicle is driven with a slide roof 7 being tilted up, wind flowing near the opposite side sections of the slide roof 7 is not sucked into the indoor side but guided by the rubber member 15 and moved to the rear of the vehicle. Consequently, wind noise can be prevented when the vehicle is driven.
