PURPOSE:To reduce oscillation caused by the rotation of a spindle, by providing a positive-displacement pump having its rotating drive shaft connected to a spindle of a machine tool, an inlet pipe and a discharge pipe connected to the pump, and a flow metering valve mounted on the inlet valve for controlling a flow rate of oil. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a spindle permits a rotating drive shaft 10 of a positive-displacement pump 9 to drive integrally with it. Oil 13 circulating among an inlet pipe 11, a pump 9 and a discharge pipe 12 is pressurized by an amount of oil discharged from the pump 9 by the rotation of the spindle 1 and its flow amount regulated by a flow metering valve, whereby torque is caused at the pump 9. Thus, the torque acts as a viscosity resistance against the rotation of the spindle 1 and prevents oscillation caused by the rotation of the spindle 1. |
