PURPOSE:To effectively diffuse replenishment toner with high solidity into a developer in case of feeding the toner by providing the titled device with a rotary body for dispersing the toner into a liquid developer stored in a developer tank. CONSTITUTION:A pump P1 of a rotary body sucks a liquid in a separation room 9 and also sucks the replenishment toner with high solidity stored in a high-solidity toner bottle 11 from a pipe 12 by the action of a pump P3. The pump P1 stirs and disperses the toner in a pump casing, discharges the dispersed toner from discharging pipes 13, 14 and then stirs the solution and disperses the toner in the separation room 9. One side of a belt 15 is laid around a pulley fitted to a motor M1 for driving the pump P1 and the other side is laid around a pulley fitted to the shaft of a pump P2 of a rotary body. The pump P2 sucks the solution in the separation room 9 and discharges the solution through a concentration sensor S1, or switches a flow line by a solenoid two-way valve V1 and discharges the solution into the separation room 9 through a discharge pipe 16 or into a developer tank 50 through a discharge pipe 17.
